"SLOW AND STEADY"

These classes are designed to soothe and relax. Let go of stress and tension and say, "ahhhhhh"!
No prior workout experience needed.  Suitable for all age groups and health conditions.

Classes labeled "Level 2" are low to medium intensity. Gentle progressive series.  Slow paced with emphasis on form and alignment.  No prior workout experience needed.   
Helps to maintain strength, stamina and flexibility. Suitable for all age groups and also those with health conditions.

These are the sessions that will work your muscles, build strength and make you work up a sweat!
Prior workout Experience needed with moderate fitness and ready for challenges.

As the title says, you might want to have a towel handy for these classes as they are designed to get your heart-rate up and make you sweat like crazy. 
For those who are experienced, have good fitness and those who want to push their limits.
