"I have been practicing yoga with Leap for almost 3 years and my practice has literally leaped. It is an excellent combination of professionalism and being extremely accommodating thus enabling confidence and a very flexible approach which has helped me come this far. Busy in a fulltime career of teaching and practice in dentistry. I sometimes clock 10 hours a day and have tried many classes before unsuccessfully due to fixed schedules. As yoga instructors they are excellent and have a wonderful team. Classes are graded into basic, intermediate and advanced so that covers everyone. "I have been doing Pilates with LYF for almost more than 3 years now. I have enjoyed every class I have ever done with Jannet. Every class guarantees a full body workout and every class is different (weights, bricks, chair or Pilates band). All the sessions are well balanced with strength, cardio and stretching.
